Yes, we provide after sales support and we offer life time support for issues related to our mistakes. Additional requirement other than what we delivered may be charged extra. We are open to any communication related to delivered projects at a later stage.

All our projects are covered under Non-Disclosure Agreement. All your resources related to project will be safe with us.

We wont charge any extra if your requirement is as exactly as mentioned in the services in our shop listing. If there is a possibility of extra payment, we will let you know upfront. If you don’t agree with that, we will refund your money fully.

We accept Bank transfer, Credit card, Paypal and Bitcoin. If you have other suggestions for payment, please discuss with our sales team.

The minimum tenure for on site assistance is 1 year. But you can avail short term service under special conditions. In such cases you may have to discuss with the operations manager. For tenure more than 1 year, you can go ahead and purchase the package from our shop without discussing with our operations manager.

For big projects you can discuss with our project manager and you will get precise details about the delivery time of each tasks associated with the work. For small project requirement, you may have to purchase a package and the delivery time will be specified in the order confirmation email. You can keep in touch with the person who is sending the order confirmation email.
